We stayed at a hotel during New Year's Eve and enjoyed the beautiful decorations and lively atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly, offering useful tips on nearby restaurants and hotspots. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, which included a variety of fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and several hot items.
Our room lacked adequate soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep through the noise from the street. the pool and lounge areas were quite small, making it challenging to find seating during peak hours.

Secondly, the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. Lastly, the amenities provided were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV in our room. The staff was extremely helpful with my requests and always greeted me with a smile. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed for my business trip. the free Wi-Fi and breakfast were convenient and appreciated.
